Tropical Stencil “Laser Cut Stencils” are produced utilizing high speed Lasers to produce the smoothest aperture wall possible. Far superior to Chemically etched Stencils, and with emerging new materials we are able to produce Stencils using “Fine Grain” Stainless to compete with Electroformed Stencil. We can provide the stencil at less cost, and not utilize any harsh chemicals, providing a “GREEN FRIENDLY” alternative to an Electroformed Stencil.
Tropical Stencil utilizes the latest in Stainless material with a finer grain structure than the standard 304 stainless. Results are smoother aperture wall, which will provide excellent paste release for enhanced print deposits.
